Murieta Village is a wonderful community to live in. This community is well maintained and provides so much open space and common area to enjoy. There is a beautiful club house with swimming pool and spa. Activities abound for you to participate in. The Friday night potluck is a big success. (Be sure to bring your favorite dish, your own plate, silver, glass and drink of choice)

There are 189 homes in The Village and the best part of all YOU OWN THE LAND!! The association dues include the maintenance of the club house, pool, spa and all of the common area. Flowers are planted with each season to keep the grounds flourishing with color.

You are within walking distance, or if you own a golf cart, a short ride to the Plaza where most all of your needs will be met. As residents of The Village you have access through the North and South gates to the country club, Consumnes River, (watch the salmon swim upstream), events at the amphitheater and all of the lakes and walking paths. You may join the country club as a social or full member and drive your golf cart across Jackson Highway.
